A wonderful natural insect repellent, no need for harsh chemicals when you have lemongrass essential oil around. Do make sure to dilute if applied to body and there may be a need to reapply more often. Also, may be used in diffuser to repel insects.
It takes several days to take effect, but for tendon pains and strains; lemongrass is amazing. First hand experience with knee pain! Definitely dilute with skin lotion if you use it on your body, it can burn.

ecause essential oils are highly concentrated, it is recommended to dilute them in a carrier product like skin care oil, unscented lotion, or unscented liquid soap.
